Equipment Needs

Many times children and youth with special heath care needs are in need of specialized equipment in order for them to achieve optimal health.  In North Dakota there are programs that maybe able to help your family obtain and pay for such equipment .  Please contact our staff if you have questions about the following programs or are unable to find what you are looking for.

NDAD

The North Dakota Association for the Disabled is a nonprofit, charitable organization founded by concerned citizens for the purpose of assisting people with mental and physical disabilities in the state of North Dakota, many of whom are not eligible for services from other agencies. http://www.ndad.org/

IPAT-ND Interagency Program for Assistive Technology

The Interagency Program for Assistive Technology (IPAT) is a non-profit organization that strives to bring assistive technology into the lives of all North Dakotan’s that need it. No matter your age, needs, or disability, we are here for you.

Our goal is to help you bridge the gap between ability and disability using assistive technology (AT). We do this through training, public awareness, demonstration, and one-on-one consultation. Our job is to keep up-to-date on the latest advances in the world of AT so that we can help you connect to the AT device or service that is right for you. What do we offer?
